Why you haven't seen anything from meI haven't submitted anything recently...Why? Because of a little thing called writers block. I went on vacation. I've wanted to do some very bad things to certain idiots working at airports. Although my mind has literally done a spasm, I have been writing(dangit, its summer, of course I have time to write). I have written lots of lyrics with a friend(not on DA), but I doubt I'll post them here b/c they are not completely my own work. I've been screwing around with different styles though, since as I looked through my gallery, I noticed that I was sticking to a few topics, certain words were being overused, and most everything was open, formless, meterless...etc. etc. Hopefully I'll have something up soon. I'm shooting for within a few days, since I know I'll have plenty of time to write with my leg giving me this ridiculous pain.

It can be anything that has to do with spring like spring flowers, spring cleaning, spring break etc. Entries can be under any literary genre, in any style and as long as you want! There is a limit of one entry per person. Just simply send a note to the da-library letting us know that you've written something for the contest and provide a link to the piece.
The prizes are as follows:
1st Place: The "Featured Deviation" spot on the da-library's page, a month of bragging rights in *pigeonpyro and =silverdragon7's journals and 5 points.
2nd Place: Two weeks bragging rights in *pigeonpyro and =silverdragon7's journals and 3 points.
3rd Place: One weeks bragging rights in *pigeonpyro and =silverdragon7's journal and 2 points.
